About Live. Work. Learn. 

The Live.Work.Learn design competition, sponsored by Boral Bricks Inc,, is open to all architectural students.  They will design plans for a Washington D.C. live/work project that will include one main component: exterior finishes that demonstrate the creative use of bricks.  The main competition objectives are to encourage and reward excellence in the creative use of brick on the exteriors.  Think multiple colors, textures and styles. We want never-before-seen uses of bricks.  The more creative, the better!

The winner of Live.Work.Learn will receive $5,000 and two semifinalists will receive $2,500.  Winning entries will be on display at the national AIA convention in Washington D.C. It gets even better!  Boral Bricks will fly the first place winner to Washington D.C. for an all expense-paid trip to personally accept the check. The winning entries will be displayed on the “winners gallery” wall at the convention.
